DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping

We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. To help us do that, please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all required details such as street number, building or apartment number, abbreviations, and route information (if needed). Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We can deliver to PO Boxes using Royal Mail or DPD, but we recommend using a home or business address when possible. Carriers may change depending on availability.

Cancellations prior to shipment
  • Refunds cannot be issued while an order is still on it’s way.
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses are non-refundable.
  • Once an order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping address — please double-check your details before placing your order.
  • If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, you’ll need to cover the cost of re-shipping.
  • Our shipping policy may be updated at any time.

Shipping Times

Shipping inside of the UK:

  • FREE Express delivery (1-2 working days) when you spend over £300.
  • Express Shipping £5 for orders under £300 (1-2 working days).

Shipping outside of the UK:

  • Free Shipping for orders over £300 (5-7 working days).
  • Express Shipping £9.99 for orders under £300 (5-7 working days).
International Orders

For international shipments, you (the buyer) authorize TATTD Distribution Limited to act on your behalf to handle import duties and customs processes. We may delegate this responsibility to a customs broker or subcontractor. As the buyer, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees in addition to the product price, if required.

What happens if your order hasn’t arrived

If you live in the UK and your order hasn’t arrived after 3 working days of the estimated delivery time please contact us.

If you live outside the UK and your order hasn’t arrived after 12 working working days of the estimated delivery time please contact us.

If the goods are lost by our courier, Tattd Distribution will cover the loss after investigation and communication with the courier.
